Crafted from high-strength stainless steel with alloy steel D-rings, these anchors deliver a minimum tensile breaking strength of 5,000 lbs., ensuring exceptional reliability under ANSI testing. Despite their powerful capabilities, each anchor weighs less than one lb., making them lightweight yet robust enough to handle harsh environments.

These anchors comply with OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926 Subpart M, ANSI Z359.1-07, and ANSI A10.32-12 standards. With a worker capacity range of 130-310 lbs. (including tools and clothing), they provide confidence and safety for workers at height.

Rooftop Anchor Installation Made Simple

Installing the A6302 Permanent Roof Anchor is a straightforward process.

  1. Ensure the wood materials are structurally sound.
  2. Remove a section of ridge cap if working with residential asphalt shingles, shakes, or tile.
  3. Center the anchor on the ridge and align the nail holes with the middle of the framing member.
  4. Secure the anchor with 16d nails through all pre-drilled holes, ensuring no nails split the wood or protrude through the framing.

Refer to the installation manual for detailed guidelines and safety requirements. To ensure proper use and compliance, all employees must be trained by a Competent Person as defined by OSHA.
