We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Paypal along with checks in advance.  Call us at 863-703-4522 with any questions.  

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving product, it must be in new/unused condition.  There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns unless there is a manufacturer defect.  Exchanges of product is welcome at full value.  Call us to discuss your situation and we will guide you thru the process.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Once the merchandise is received and inspected, you will be contacted to arrange for the refund or exchange.

We know that everyone needs their product yesterday.  We strive to ship all in-stock items for orders placed by 2pm EST.  We ship M-F on all days that UPS runs.   Many items ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore we do place the purchase orders as soon as they order is placed.  Most of these orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  We will notify you if anything is on backorder or will be delayed.
