In the evolving world of construction, where safety and innovation intersect, the SSRA Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) Kit emerges as a groundbreaking solution. It is specially engineered to provide fall protection on standing seam roofs. By prioritizing safety and introducing an efficient approach to deploying lifelines this kit revolutionizes construction safety. Let’s explore the features and benefits that make the SSRA HLL Kit a game changer.

Unprecedented Innovation without Panel Penetrations;

At the core of the SSRA HLL Kit lies it's design that eliminates the need for panel penetrations on standing seam roofs. Unlike systems that require penetrating panels, this kit eliminates risks while preserving the roof’s structural integrity. This breakthrough ensures that workers can carry out their tasks without compromising the roof's waterproofing or overall stability.

SSRA1 Anchor; Unmatched Strength;

The SSRA HLL Kit incorporates a component called the SSRA1 Anchor, which surpasses industry standards. Recently subjected to Ultimate Failure testing at an ISO 17025/ANSI Z359.18 certified materials testing facility, this anchor demonstrates strength and reliability.

The results were incredibly impressive, as the SSRA1 exceeded expectations by handling a load of 14,500 lbs. This is significantly higher than the testing limits set by OSHA and ANSI which are 3,600 lbs and 5,000 lbs. respectively. The patented structural design demonstrated its strength by keeping the aluminum anchor body intact when the Grade 8 top bolts sheared off. This outstanding strength sets the SSRA1 apart from others. Ensures reliability in demanding environments.

Versatility in Deployment;

The SSRA HLL Kit offers flexibility in deployment with its 100' kernmantle rope that allows for use by up to two users. This lifeline is neatly organized in a Horizontal Lifeline Bag, which provides a fall protection solution. The bag includes components such as a corrosion resistant tensioner, four steel O rings, two self-locking carabiners, a line tensioner, two 6' cross-arm straps and a high-strength kernmantle double braided rope.

Universal Fit SSRA3 Anchor Plates;

The adaptability of the SSRA HLL Kit extends further with the inclusion of  SSRA3 Anchor Plates made from 6061 T6 aluminum. These plates have been professionally tested to withstand over 10,000 lbs of force. Can be universally mounted for applications including fall protection equipment.

These plates come pre-drilled with four holes to fit the Falltech 7414 D Ring allowing for vertical or horizontal configurations. They can easily adjust to seam widths ranging from 12 inches to 24 inches.

Versatility for All Types of Seams;

The SSRA HLL Kit demonstrates it’s versatility by being compatible with both 24 and 22 gauge steel panels. The kit provides an secure solution without compromising performance. It works with types of seams such as Snaplok, single lok, double lok, nailstrip mechanically seamed, t seams, bulb seams, MR-24 and more. The SSRA system is designed to fit 95% of the standing seam profiles used today.

Easy Installation. Lifetime Warranty;

Each SSRA1 anchor can be properly installed in about 2 minutes and removed in about one minute. Installing the SSRA HLL Kit is efficient and user-friendly. The kit includes an owner’s manual that offers guidance on installation and usage. With a limited lifetime warranty in place, users can trust the durability and reliability of the components.

Enhancing Safety Standards;

The SSRA Horizontal Lifeline Kit is an advancement in the field of fall protection technology, combining innovation with the increasing demands of the construction industry. Its design, which does not require penetration, along with the strength provided by the SSRA1 Anchor establishes a benchmark for safety on standing seam roofs. The kit’s versatility in deployment, compatibility with different types of seams and its ability to attach securely to standing seam roofs without penetrations, highlighting it's commitment to providing efficient fall protection.

In an era where construction safety managers and contractors are searching for cutting-edge solutions that prioritize worker safety as structural integrity, the SSRA HLL Kit stands out as a testament to progress. Embrace the future of fall protection with a kit that not only safeguards lives, but also ensures the durability of the structures it serves.
