The bolt is installation hardware only. The rated 5,000 lb tie-off point, 360° swivel, and OSHA/ANSI certification come from the A7360 (steel) and A7360C (concrete) 5K Swivel Anchor — not from the bolt. For a welded installation instead of bolt-on, use the A7361 Weld-On Puck.
