FallTech 7452AC Rotating Deck Anchor for Rebar
The FallTech 7452AC Rotating Deck Anchor attaches to the rebar in a concrete deck and provides a forged D-ring that swivels a full 360 degrees. It gives rebar and deck crews a tie-off point that follows the worker during placement and pour prep.
Built from zinc-coated steel with a forged alloy steel swivel D-ring, it is certified to ANSI Z359.18-2017 for one worker up to 310 lb (ANSI) or 425 lb (OSHA).

Who Needs This Product
This product is a rotating deck anchor, the anchorage component of a personal fall arrest system for rebar and deck work. Crews attach it to the rebar mat of a concrete deck to create a swiveling tie-off point before and during the pour. You still need a certified full-body harness and a compatible connecting device.
Features
Attaches to rebar
Mounts to the rebar mat of a concrete deck for a fast tie-off point.
360-degree swivel
The forged D-ring rotates fully so the lifeline follows the worker.
Zinc-coated steel
Corrosion-resistant body and hardware for jobsite durability.
Forged alloy D-ring
Strong connection point for an SRL or lanyard.
Reusable
Removable deck anchor for use across the mat.
ANSI Z359.18-2017
Certified anchorage connector.
Attach to sound rebar per the manual. Mount the anchor to properly sized and secured rebar as specified, and confirm the attachment is tight and the D-ring swivels freely. Confirm fall clearance and swing-fall with the Fall Protection Calculator below.
Compliance Standards
ANSI Z359.18-2017
American National Standard for anchorage connectors.
OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502
Federal construction fall protection anchorage requirements.
OSHA 29 CFR 1910
General industry personal fall protection requirements.
Swivel D-ring
360-degree rotation reduces lifeline twist and side loading.
Typical Applications
How to Install the 7452AC
Follow the FallTech instruction manual. The sequence below is an overview only.
- Inspect. Check the body, swivel, and D-ring before each use.
- Choose the rebar. Confirm the rebar is properly sized and secured per the manual.
- Attach. Mount the anchor to the rebar as specified and confirm it is tight.
- Verify the swivel. Make sure the D-ring rotates freely and sits correctly.
- Connect and check. Attach your SRL or lanyard, then confirm fall clearance below.
Inspection and Retirement
Inspect before each use, with a documented competent-person inspection at least annually. Remove the anchor from service for any of the conditions below.
- Body and welds: cracks, bending, or corrosion.
- Swivel: a D-ring that binds or will not rotate.
- D-ring: deformation, sharp edges, or corrosion.
- Rebar attachment: a mount that will not hold, or undersized rebar.
Remove the anchor from service immediately after any fall-arrest event, and destroy retired equipment so it cannot return to service.

Who Needs This Product
This product is a confined space davit system - the rotating retrieval point that lowers and recovers workers and material over an opening. Confined space teams, utilities, and tank crews build their entry and non-entry rescue around it. It requires a rated winch or 3-way SRL, a full body harness, and a written rescue plan to form a complete system.
Features
360-degree boom
Swing the load over the opening and away to the landing zone.
Two integrated pulleys
Run a fall arrest SRL and a retrieval winch line simultaneously.
Permanent base options
Mount to steel, concrete, or a truck bed for mobile rescue.
Made in the USA
Patriot-line build for Buy American specs.
Removable boom
Lift the boom out when the entry point is not in use.
Tank and edge ready
Reaches over tank rims and leading edges.
