Swivel Anchor, 10,000 lbs, Concrete and Threaded Models
The Guardian 10K swivel anchor puts a 10,000 lbs rotating tie-off point on concrete and threaded connections: the 10010 sets in concrete with a 5/8 x 6 in embedment, and the 10011 threads onto 5/8-11 connections at 4 in length. The swivel head follows the worker, keeping the load aligned instead of side-loading the connector.
Each anchor serves one worker under OSHA 1926.502 and 1910.140, installed per the substrate and torque requirements in the manual.

Who Needs This Product
Swivel anchors solve the alignment problem on fixed anchorage: as the worker moves around the anchor, the head rotates so the D-ring always faces the load. At 10,000 lbs rated strength, the Guardian swivel doubles the standard anchorage number, which engineered systems and two-stage rescue plans appreciate. Choose the model by connection: cast-in or drilled concrete for the 10010, threaded steel bosses for the 10011.

Typical Applications
Installation Overview
Installation must follow the Guardian instruction manual for this anchor. The sequence below is an overview only.
- Inspect first. Check the anchor body, connection point, and hardware before every installation.
- Verify the structure. The supporting structure must meet the strength requirements in the instruction manual.
- Install per the manual. Follow the substrate, fastener, and orientation requirements exactly; fill every required fastener position.
- Verify the connection. Confirm the anchor is fully seated and the connection point is accessible and undamaged.
- Connect the system. Attach a compatible connecting device and verify the complete personal fall arrest system with a competent person.
- Check clearance. Confirm fall clearance below the work area and minimize swing fall hazards before work begins.
Inspection and Retirement
