  1. Unfasten all straps and hold the harness by the D-ring, shaking it into position.
  2. Slip the straps over your shoulders, centering the D-ring on your back.
  3. Thread each leg strap through the connectors and fasten securely using the tongue buckles.
  4. Adjust the chest strap to sit comfortably 6–8 inches below the throat.
  5. Check all straps to ensure they are snug and secure.
