Tie Down Telescoping Brace for TranzPorter Ladder Hoist Track over 28 ft

The 60005 telescoping brace is the support Tie Down requires on any TranzPorter track assembly longer than 28 ft. It cross ties to the track rungs at the locations in the manual's track section chart and stiffens the run so the carriage tracks straight up to the 44 ft maximum.

Order it with any extra 8 ft track sections (10091) when you take a 28 ft kit to 36 ft or 44 ft. It is part of the 44 ft TranzPorter kit configurations.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need the brace?
On any TranzPorter track assembly over 28 ft. The 28 ft kits do not need it; add it when you add track.
Where does it attach?
To the track rungs listed in the manual chart for your height, for example the 11th and 13th rungs for a 32 ft run and the 25th and 27th for 44 ft.
Does it fit the TranzVolt?
The TranzVolt G2 manual uses its own extension kit above 36 ft; call us with your model before ordering a brace for a TranzVolt.
Is it included in a kit?
Not in the 28 ft kits. Tie Down sells 44 ft kit configurations that include the brace; we can quote those.
What else do I need to go to 44 ft?
Two more 8 ft track sections (10091), the brace, and the longer cable listed in the manual.
Can one person set it?
Two people raise any track over 28 ft; the brace is set while the track is being raised.
How does it ship?
Parcel or with the hoist on the same pallet.
