FallTech 2-Year Limited Warranty. FallTech warrants to the buyer that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. Obligation is limited to product replacement for two (2) years from the date of installation or use by the owner, not to exceed two (2) years from the date of shipment. This warranty is not transferable and is void if the product is changed, altered, or used in a manner other than intended. It covers defects in material and workmanship only; it does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, abuse, or accident. The limited warranty is provided only to an end-user customer for the period set forth in an order that has been accepted by Fall Protection Distributors, LLC. The end user customer must be: (a) a Buyer purchasing product directly from Fall Protection Distributors, LLC or Buyer of product purchasing from an authorized reseller. The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the FallTech product.
