The TurboLite+ twin PFL brings the PLUS family platform to 100 percent tie-off work: two independent retracting legs on a G2 dorsal mount, so one leg is always connected while the other moves.
Certified to ANSI Z359.14-2021 Class 1 and rated to 420 lb per OSHA, with no annual factory recertification required. This configuration carries a steel locking rebar hooks on the lifeline end.

Typical Applications
Setup Overview
- Inspect both housings, both lifelines, load indicators, and all connectors before use.
- Mount the G2 twin connector to the harness dorsal D-ring and verify it seats correctly.
- Connect one leg to the first anchor and verify the gate locks before moving.
- Connect the second leg to the next anchor before releasing the first when transferring.
- Keep the unused leg parked on the harness keeper, never dangling, and verify clearance.

Inspection and Retirement
Inspect the unit before each use, and have a competent person inspect it on a documented schedule per ANSI Z359.14 and the manual.
- Housing: cracks, distortion, loose fasteners, or a seized swivel.
- Lifeline: pay each leg out fully and check for cuts, frays, burns, and abrasion.
- Load indicator: any deployment means immediate removal from service.
- Connectors: gates close and lock; no cracks, corrosion, or distortion.
- Retraction: each lifeline retracts smoothly under light tension with no hesitation.
Retirement triggers: any fall arrest event, deployed load indicator, failed retraction or brake check, or any failed inspection.

Miller fall protection products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged by misuse."
In the unlikely event that you should discover defects in either workmanship or materials, under the Limited Lifetime Warranty, Miller will repair or replace the product at the manufacturer's expense. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted. The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abusive treatment of the product.
