Super Anchor 12" 1032-W Permanent Roof Anchor Post
The Super Anchor 1032-W Anchor Post is a 12" pre-engineered, permanent roof anchor designed for flat and low-slope roofs. This versatile anchor post serves multiple purposes, including a single-user fall protection anchor point, a window-washing suspension/tie-back anchor, and an intermediate anchor for horizontal lifeline systems extending up to 240 feet. For taller post heights, we also offer the Super Anchor 1033-W CRA 18" Anchor Post and the Super Anchor 1042-W CRA Anchor Post to suit the needs of various jobsite conditions.
The Super Anchor 1032-W is built with high-tensile strength materials, offering a minimum tensile strength of 5,000 lbs. Its loop tops are rated for 10,000 lbs of tensile strength, ensuring robust performance. The anchor post is available in a hot-dip galvanized (HDG) finish, with options in 304sst or 316sst stainless steel for added durability.
Installation is straightforward, with compatibility across wood decking, metal decking, concrete, and steel structures. The anchor can be attached using screws, bolts, concrete embedment, expansion bolts, or field welds, making it adaptable to various building materials and conditions.
Anchor Post Advanced Engineering
The Super Anchor 12" 1032-W Anchor Post is certified by third-party engineering from DH Glabe & Associates. It includes 40 self-drilling screws for secure attachment to wood or metal decking. For metal roofs, a factory-supplied 35-year EPDM flashing is also available.
This anchor post supports multiple fall protection configurations, including stand-alone and tie-back anchors, roof perimeter, and centerline cable pass-through systems for fall protection and window-washing applications.
This anchor post meets rigorous safety standards, including ANSI Z359.18-17, CSA Z259.15:22, ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 for window washing, and OSHA 1926.502. It is suitable for built-up roofing, spray-on roofing, modified bitumen roofing, green roofs, PVC, EPDM, TPO, asphalt shingles, and both corrugated and standing seam metal roofs.
