It suits horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces on construction and service work. Complete the system with a full-body harness and an energy-absorbing connecting device.

Features

Installs in seconds

Drill a 3/4 inch hole, clean it, and insert the Super Bolt for an immediate anchor.

Stainless steel

Corrosion resistant construction rated to a 5,000 lb minimum breaking strength.

Single point anchorage

A dedicated single worker fall arrest anchorage connector.

ANSI Z359.18 Type A

Meets the American National Standard for anchorage connectors, Type A.

This is a single user temporary anchor, not a complete system. The concrete must be sound and rated for the load, verified by a competent person. How does the Super Bolt install?
Drill a 3/4 inch hole into sound concrete, clean it, and insert the anchor. It installs in seconds. Verify that the mounting surface is sound and that every fastener is fully seated before the anchor is put into service. Always inspect the product before each use and take it out of service if you notice any damage, deformation, or excessive wear.
Can I reuse it?
Yes. The Super Bolt is reusable and moves from hole to hole across the job. Never modify or repair the product in the field, since altering it can compromise its ability to arrest a fall. If you have any doubt about the correct setup, consult a qualified person or the manufacturer instructions before putting the system into service.
What surfaces can I use it on?
Horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces. Confirm the surface, slope, and conditions at your work area match the intended application before installation. If you have any doubt about the correct setup, consult a qualified person or the manufacturer instructions before putting the system into service.
How many workers can use it?
One worker. It is a single point anchorage connector for personal fall arrest. Pair it only with connectors and equipment that are approved for use together so the complete system performs as designed. Keep the manufacturer instructions with the equipment so anyone using it can reference the approved procedures.
What is it made of?
Stainless steel, with a minimum breaking strength of 5,000 pounds. See the Technical Specifications on this page for the exact materials, dimensions, and ratings. Before every use, confirm the product is compatible with the rest of your fall protection system and that you have adequate fall clearance below the work area.
What standard does it meet?
ANSI Z359.18 Type A, aligning with OSHA 1926.502. Using the product within the limits described on this page helps keep your setup consistent with recognized fall protection practice. A qualified person should verify that the installation and the overall system meet the requirements of your specific job site.
Do I need a harness with this anchor?
Yes. The anchor is an anchorage point only and must be paired with a full-body harness and an energy-absorbing connecting device. Make sure the connecting hardware and anchorage suit your application before you attach a lanyard or lifeline. Before every use, confirm the product is compatible with the rest of your fall protection system and that you have adequate fall clearance below the work area.
