6151 Deluxe Harness with All-Pakka Tool Bags
The Super Anchor 6151 is the 6101 Deluxe harness with the tool system built in: the same gray Tri-Lam3 padded frame, 6,000 lb polyester webbing, 5,000 lb D-rings, and quick connect buckles, combined with gray All-Pakka tool bags so the harness and bags work as one rig instead of fighting each other at the waist.
What is included: the Deluxe 3 D-ring harness with gray All-Pakka tool bag combo, in four webbing colors (Hi-Viz, Blue-Green, Red, Silver) and five sizes (S, M, L, LL, XL). Type A/P rated for fall arrest, restraint, and work positioning at 310 lb including tools. Compliant with ANSI Z359.11-21 (Intertek 11-2024), OSHA 1926.502, and CSA Z259.10-18.
Who Needs This Product
The 6151 is for production roofers and framers who carry their tools on their harness all day. A separate tool belt over a harness rides badly and blocks the positioning D-rings; the All-Pakka combo mounts the bags to the harness frame so weight transfers to the padded waist and shoulders. Fall arrest runs off the dorsal D-ring, positioning off the side D-rings, and the bags stay put through all of it.

Fit and fall clearance are life critical. Adjust the harness snug with the chest strap 8 to 12 inches below the shoulders and loose webbing stored in the keepers; a badly adjusted harness can allow the user to fall out during a free fall. Maximum harness stretch of 14 inches must be included in every length of fall calculation, and users connect only to rated D-rings with ANSI or CSA certified connectors.

Typical Applications
Installation Overview
Fit procedure per the 2025 manual:
- Don the harness and connect the quick connect chest and leg buckles.
- Set the chest strap 8 to 12 inches below the shoulders with the straps aligned vertically.
- Adjust chest, leg, and waist belt snug with extra webbing stored in the elastic keepers.
- Connect fall protection to the dorsal D-ring with ANSI or CSA certified connectors; side D-rings serve work positioning only.
- Include 14 inches of maximum harness stretch in the length of fall calculation.
- Inspect webbing, stitching, hardware, and labels before each use.
Inspection and Retirement
Inspect before installation and each use, with documented annual inspections. Remove the anchor from service when any of the following apply:
- Webbing shows cuts, burns, abrasion, or chemical damage.
- Stitching is broken or pulled at any load-bearing seam.
- D-rings, buckles, or adjusters are cracked, bent, or corroded.
- The harness arrested a fall; remove it from service immediately.
- PID labels inside the shoulder strap are missing or illegible.
Tag anchors removed from service to prevent further use until inspected by a qualified or competent person.

Super Anchor Safety Manufacturer Warranty
Super Anchor Safety (SAS) warrants to the purchaser that all products are free from defect in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. This warranty is limited to product replacement for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or use by the owner, provided that this period shall not exceed two (2) years from the date of shipment. This warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover conditions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuse, or accident. This product warranty does not cover oxidation of zinc, dacromet, or powder coatings used on permanent and temporary anchors that results from connector abrasion unless the coating can be shown to be defective at the time of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. Any unused defective product will be replaced at no charge by returning the product to Super Anchor Safety or to the distributor the product was purchased from.
Permanent Anchor Warranty
Super Anchor Safety warrants to the purchaser that all anchors sold as a permanent fixture with Hot Dip Galvanizing, Stainless Steel, and Thermo-Plastic finishes are fully warranted against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial installation. SAS does not warranty the installation or flashing system used to waterproof the anchors. The SAS factory warranty is void if the product has been modified or has not been used in accordance with SAS specifications and instructions for that product. Anchors that have been removed from service due to re-roofing or remodel of the structure they were originally attached to must be inspected by an SAS factory representative or a competent person before being reinstalled.

Small worker comfort
I am a small gentleman , 145 pounds with a 28 inch waist.(I purchased a small) I have never been comfortable wearing a normal five point harness. On Traditional harness The two lower straps around my thighs constantly get caught up and it pulls down on my back because any other harness I ever tired can ever get small enough for my body. Wearing the right size harness is supper important for the safety aspect of a harness but most of them are a one size fits all. This harness is fantastic. This harness has extra padding on the shoulder straps ,padding around my back, padding around my thighs ,and easy to use quick clips for on and off. I went with the integrated toolbelt because I wear shoulder straps with my every day tool belt anyways and didn’t want to wear two separate pieces of equipment.
