Installation Screws for CB Anchor Points, 4-Pack
Guardian anchor installations live and die by their fasteners, and these are the factory-specified screws for CB-series anchor points: #14-10 x 2 in galvanized screws (00668) for wood substrates, and #14-14 x 2 in self-sealing hex head screws in 40-count bags (00669) for metal roofs and decks.
Each option ships as a 4-pack of the factory unit. Using the specified fastener keeps the anchor installation inside its tested configuration.

Who Needs This Product
Fastener substitution is the quiet killer of anchor ratings: the test report assumes the factory screw, and a jobsite substitute changes the whole calculation. Stocking factory screw packs means reinstalls and new installations stay inside the tested configuration, and the self-sealing metal screws keep the deck watertight where they land.

- Inspect first. Check the anchor body, connection point, and hardware before every installation.
- Verify the structure. The supporting structure must meet the strength requirements in the instruction manual.
- Install per the manual. Follow the substrate, fastener, and orientation requirements exactly; fill every required fastener position.
- Verify the connection. Confirm the anchor is fully seated and the connection point is accessible and undamaged.
- Connect the system. Attach a compatible connecting device and verify the complete personal fall arrest system with a competent person.
- Check clearance. Confirm fall clearance below the work area and minimize swing fall hazards before work begins.
Inspection and Retirement

- Cracks, corrosion, or deformation of the body, connection point, or welds.
- Loose, missing, damaged, or worn hardware and fasteners.
