Compliant with OSHA 1926.502 and 1910.66, ANSI Z359.1-07 and A10.32-2012, and certified for Quebec.

Typical Applications
Installation Overview
Full figures and fastener specifications are in the manual linked below. The basics:
- Set the anchor at the ridge or on the field with the hinge conforming to the pitch, at locations per the job specific plan.
- Fasten through the leg holes into framing: #12 wood screws for slopes to 20/12, or 16d nails to 12/12.
- Confirm the framing carries the fall protection load and sheathing is installed per the manual before tie-off.
- Connect the lifeline or SRL with ANSI or CSA compliant connectors and a personal energy absorber.
- Work within the fall protection service zones in the manual, rigging fall restraint where free fall exposure exists.
- Remove the anchors when the work is complete; they are reusable across jobs while they pass inspection.
Inspection and Retirement
Inspect before installation and each use, with documented annual inspections. Remove the anchor from service when any of the following apply:
- The anchor is bent, cracked, or deformed.
- Fastener holes are elongated or torn.
- The anchor was subjected to a fall.
- The date stamp is unreadable or plating is corroded through.
- Fasteners were reused or the wrong type was used for the slope.
Tag anchors removed from service to prevent further use until inspected by a qualified or competent person.
