XARM-72 Cross Arm Strap, 6 ft, Large and Small D-Rings, 2-Pack
The Guardian 01625 splits the difference in the strap line: the standard-duty 6 ft XARM webbing with the large-and-small D-ring termination of the premium series. Choke it around the member with the small ring through the large, clip to the small ring, and the anchor is set.
Sold as a 2-pack, each strap rated for one worker under OSHA 1926.502 and 1910.140.
Who Needs This Product
Crews that prefer steel-on-steel choking, D-ring through D-ring rather than webbing loop, but do not need premium webbing land on the 01625. It rigs identically to the Premium X-Arm, inspects on the same criteria, and the 2-pack covers a two-point rigging layout or keeps a spare on the truck.

Anchorage strength is the foundation of the system. The structure and anchor must withstand 5,000 lbs per attached worker or maintain a 2:1 safety factor under qualified-person supervision. Typical Applications
Installation Overview
Installation must follow the Guardian instruction manual for this anchor. The sequence below is an overview only.
- Inspect first. Check the anchor body, connection point, and hardware before every installation.
- Verify the structure. The supporting structure must meet the strength requirements in the instruction manual.
- Install per the manual. Follow the substrate, fastener, and orientation requirements exactly; fill every required fastener position.
- Verify the connection. Confirm the anchor is fully seated and the connection point is accessible and undamaged.
- Connect the system. Attach a compatible connecting device and verify the complete personal fall arrest system with a competent person.
- Check clearance. Confirm fall clearance below the work area and minimize swing fall hazards before work begins.
Inspection and Retirement
Inspect before every use, and have a competent person perform a documented inspection at least every six months under ANSI Z359.2 practice. Remove the anchor from service for any of the conditions below.
- Cracks, corrosion, or deformation of the body, connection point, or welds.
- Loose, missing, damaged, or worn hardware and fasteners.
- Elongation or wear at the D-ring or connection eye.
- Missing or illegible labels.
- Any evidence the anchor has arrested a fall.
Retirement triggers: any fall event on the anchor, or any condition where the inspector cannot positively verify it is fit for service.
