Framer Guardrail Receiver, 2-Pack
The Guardian 15158 receiver is the socket of the Framer guardrail system: it mounts to the structure per the manual and accepts the guardrail post, so temporary rail runs install and strike without rebuilding the attachment each cycle.
Assembled per the manual, the system supports OSHA 1926.502(b) guardrail requirements. Sold as a 2-pack.

Framers set receivers once and move rails floor to floor: the socket stays on the structure through the pour or the framing phase, the posts lift out and reset in minutes. Two receivers per pack advances a rail section.

Passive protection has hard numbers. OSHA 1926.502(b) requires guardrail top rails at 42 in (plus or minus 3 in) that withstand 200 lbs outward and downward force, with midrails at 21 in. Verify the assembled system meets these numbers before workers rely on it.

Installation must follow the Guardian guardrail documentation. The sequence below is an overview only.
- Inspect first. Check all components for damage before assembly.
- Verify the structure. The mounting surface must meet the strength requirements in the instruction documentation.
- Install per the manual. Follow the spacing, fastening, and assembly requirements exactly.
- Complete the run. Install top rails, midrails, and toeboards as the system and OSHA 1926.502(b) require.
- Verify the system. Confirm rigidity and completeness before workers rely on it.
- Reinspect on schedule. Check the installed system regularly and after any impact or weather event.
Inspection and Retirement

- Bent, cracked, or deformed posts, bases, or brackets.
- Loose or missing fasteners and connections.
- Corrosion or UV damage that weakens components.
- Rails that do not meet height and strength requirements.
