Cut resistance is not cut proof. ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A2 reduces the risk of cuts from light edges but does not eliminate it, and it is a lower tier than the A4 and A5 gloves. Match the cut level to the task, inspect each glove before use, and retire any glove with cuts, holes, worn coating, or exposed shell yarn. These gloves are hand protection only and are not rated for fall protection, electrical, chemical, or heat hazards.

- Medium suits hand circumferences near 8 inches, Large near 9 inches, and X-Large near 10 inches; size up if you are between sizes.
- Inspect each glove before use for cuts, holes, worn or peeling palm coating, and exposed or frayed shell yarn.
- Retire any glove that has been cut through, has lost coating coverage, or no longer fits snugly, since worn gloves no longer deliver the rated cut protection.
- Keep gloves clean and dry between uses; follow the care guidance on the packaging, and do not modify the gloves.
- These gloves protect against cut, abrasion, and puncture only, and are not rated for fall protection, heat, electrical, or chemical exposure.
