- Inspect. Check the visor for cracks, scratches, or warping before each use.
- Mount the bracket. Install a Malta Dynamics face shield bracket (sold separately) on the hard hat or cap.
- Attach the visor. Secure the 8 x 15 visor to the bracket per the bracket instructions.
- Wear primary protection. Put on ANSI Z87.1 goggles or safety glasses under the visor.
- Position. Lower the visor for the task and raise it when not needed.
- Replace as needed. Swap in a fresh visor from the pack when one is scratched or damaged.
Inspection and Retirement
