The Guardian 00215 beam trolley rolls the anchorage with the worker: precision wheels ride the bottom flange of 3 to 10 in beams while the D-ring below carries the connecting device. Instead of unclamping and repositioning an anchor all shift, the tie-off point follows every step.

Installation Overview

Installation must follow the Guardian instruction manual for this anchor. The sequence below is an overview only.

Inspect first. Check the anchor body, connection point, and hardware before every installation.
Verify the structure. The supporting structure must meet the strength requirements in the instruction manual.
Install per the manual. Follow the substrate, fastener, and orientation requirements exactly; fill every required fastener position.
Verify the connection. Confirm the anchor is fully seated and the connection point is accessible and undamaged.
Connect the system. Attach a compatible connecting device and verify the complete personal fall arrest system with a competent person.
Check clearance. Confirm fall clearance below the work area and minimize swing fall hazards before work begins.
